This Ultra-HydroKleen® is a catch basin filter designed to remove contaminants from stormwater flow before it can get into the waterways. The 37BHK1 fits 26" - 33" drains and is considered a “true filter” by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). This product works by forcing water through up to three different filters before it exits into the stormwater system. It is capable of removing hydrocarbons, heavy metals, sediments and other organics from stormwater and industrial runoff. In event of flooding or ponding during high-flow storm events, a by-pass system allows water to pass through.
