This Ultra-HydroKleen® is a catch basin filter insert used used to remove hydrocarbons, heavy metals, sediments and other organics from stormwater and industrial runoff. It has been designed for 34" - 48" drains and has a recessed frame. The 37BHK5 is considered a “true filter” by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and forces water through up to three different filters before it exits into the stormwater system. In event of flooding or ponding during high-flow storm events, a by-pass system allows water to pass through.
