This 2.5 gallon 63mm 63-445 white high-density polyethylene (HDPE) plastic F-Style bottle features a handle on top near the opening, which is ideal for carrying and pouring. This container has a rectangular body and base, making it space efficient for shipping and shelving. This container's increased sealing surface size provides the seals with a larger surface to grab onto. Enhanced middle thread grabs onto caps more effectively. The bottle's sturdy design is common for packaging industrial solutions such as cleaning, gardening and automotive chemicals, but also good for packaging bulk liquids for the food industry.

Material:

High density polyethylene (HDPE ) is the most commonly used resin. This economical plastic has good impact and chemical resistance, is naturally translucent and flexible. It is typically used for personal care products such as shampoo bottles. Adding color will give HDPE an opaque look that will result in an increase in weight and rigidness. We have a variety of these rigid and tough high density polyethylene products in stock, from containers, pails, bottles, caps, tubs and jugs. HDPE plastic has moderate heat tolerance, with a melting point ranging from 120°F-180°F depending on the product and application. Testing is recommended. HDPE also generally works well in below freezing temperatures.
