Material:

High-Density Polyethylene PlasticHigh density polyethylene (HDPE ) is the most commonly used resin. This economical plastic has good impact and chemical resistance, is naturally translucent and flexible. It is typically used for personal care products such as shampoo bottles. Adding color will give HDPE an opaque look that will result in an increase in weight and rigidness. We have a variety of these rigid and tough high density polyethylene products in stock, from containers, pails, bottles, caps, tubs and jugs. HDPE works well in below freezing temperatures. HDPE heat compatibility varies. Maximum fill temperature is generally around 145°F; however, testing is recommended with your specific product and application.

Is this HDPE container impact resistant?
Yes, this container is made of high density polyethylene (HDPE), which offers good impact resistance as well as chemical and temperature resistance. HDPE also offers high tensile strength and can be recycled. HDPE containers are applicable across industries including food, pharmaceutical, household chemicals, automotive and more due to the plastic’s inherent versatility and popularity. HDPE bottles also work well in a variety of conditions including below freezing temperatures.
Is this HDPE container BPA-free?
All containers made of HDPE are BPA-free.

How many gallons of water will be dispensed while emptying with the 32 oz bottle?
Thank you for your inquiry. This f-style bottle contains 32 fl. oz. of liquids which is about 1/4 of a gallon. If paired with Part #30WHK1, the dispense ratio would be 20:1 but will not effect the capacity of the container. Thank you for choosing The Cary Company!
