The 19B003 is an 8" (203.2mm) half height test sieve with a .265" mesh. This sieve, or sifter, is constructed with a brass frame and stainless steel wire mesh cloth. Half height 8" sieves have a 1" depth to the wire cloth and are easily nestable. The .265" mesh is a coarse size U.S. Standard mesh size with a 0.265" (6.7mm) nominal sieve opening with a typical wire diameter of 1.8mm. Die-formed frames assure a proper fit, superior quality and performance, guaranteeing that the American Society for Testing Materials (ASTM) specifications are always met. ASTM E11 certified and made in the U.S.A.
