The 26WST4 is a 2" Tri-Sure Push-Lock white All-Plastic cap seal for use on plastic drums with Tri-Sure 2' PLASTIPLUG drum plugs. Cap seals provide extra protection from any tampering, contamination, or damage to the product. The 26WST4 can be applied and removed by hand without any tools.

Material:

Low density polyethylene (LDPE) is squeezable, has good chemical resistance and has a malleable feel. Unlike high density polyethylene, it is more translucent. Due to these factors, LDPE works best with packaging that is more flexible, such as produce bags and eye droppers. A common LDPE we carry is the boston round bottle, a popular choice within the personal care industry that works well for dispensing products. LDPE is not recommended for hot-filled applications but it works well in cold temperatures. Fill temperature should not exceed 120°F.

How do I open and close a Tri-Sure Capseal?

Tri-Sure Capseals can be opened by hand. When it comes to closing, they can be secured by using one of our crimping tools or by hand in case of the Push-Lock or Click Lock models.

What are Tri-Sure Capseals made of?

What is the purpose of a gasket on Tri-Sure Capseals?
