    The 68WTN3 is a 32 fl. oz. 28 mm 28-400 natural high-density polyethylene (HDPE) plastic trigger spray bottle that is made with 25% PCR resin. It has ergonomic finger molds on the neck for better grip when spraying. It has a flat body and an ample label panel. It is commonly used for packaging industrial solutions such as cleaning and gardening chemicals, and is also good for any product that requires spraying as a dispensing method.

It has a flat body and an ample label panel. It is commonly used for packaging industrial solutions such as cleaning and gardening chemicals, and is also good for any product that requires spraying as a dispensing method. Additionally, The Cary Company offers a variety of closure and liner combinations for the 68WTR3.

    PCR Plastic

    Post-consumer resin (PCR) is an environment-friendly material option that is made from recycled plastics, most commonly PET and HDPE to make new products such as bottles, milk jugs, buckets, and industrial products like IBC totes and poly drums. PCR is commonly used in cosmetic, pharmaceutical, animal care and industrial industries such as household and gardening. Containers can use anywhere from 10-100% post-consumer resin.

    High-Density Polyethylene PlasticHigh density polyethylene (HDPE ) is the most commonly used resin. This economical plastic has good impact and chemical resistance, is naturally translucent and flexible. It is typically used for personal care products such as shampoo bottles. Adding color will give HDPE an opaque look that will result in an increase in weight and rigidness. We have a variety of these rigid and tough high density polyethylene products in stock, from containers, pails, bottles, caps, tubs and jugs. HDPE works well in below freezing temperatures. HDPE heat compatibility varies. Maximum fill temperature is generally around 171°F; however, testing is recommended with your specific product and application. Distortion occurs between 220° to 250° F.
