Aluminum Deep Well Chuck for 25-32mm Caps w/ Inserted Liner

This is an aluminum deep well chuck for bottle caps with a 25-32mm diameter, used in conjunction with a bottle capper or bottle capping mahchine. This chuck comes inserted with a urethane chuck liner 70 durometer, which grips the cap during the capping process. Deep well chucks are the same as standard chucks except they have a secondary cavity that allows them to tighten caps with external features such as sports caps, mist spray caps, yorker caps, dropper caps, and more.

Chuck Compatibility Test Requirements

To ensure you will be pleased with your purchase, we require testing to review chuck compatibility for caps with secondary features (dropper bulbs, extended tips, etc.). For these caps, a custom bore may be required. We ask for 10 - 15 caps and 3 - 4 new containers to complete testing and recommendations. Once you place an order, we will reach out to confirm cap specifications. Testing must be completed for your order to be processed.
