19BZ33 is a 120-volt single-zone hot bonder unit for controlling localized heat and vacuum sources to cure composite materials for manufacturing and repair applications. Used with maker's composite curing heating blankets, this lightweight, portable bonder unit provides composite and metal bond curing for equipment in the aviation, marine, automotive and construction industries. Unit features an 8.4" (213mm) full-color touch screen and keyboard interface that provides an easy-to-follow menu for quick three-step programming. Flexible system enables user to perform several operations in tandem and can store up to 30 programs. Unit includes a built-in vacuum venturi and 10 thermocouple sensors. System can be used for a variety of manufacturing and composite repair applications including debulk and cure resins, prepregs, adhesives, fibers and more. Built-in USB port allows transferring and archiving post-cure data history to spreadsheet and word processing programs for further analysis. Bonding unit is for use in dry environments.
